Our Team
Before venturing into real estate, Ken started his career in interior design. He spent over a decade in various interior design firms specializing in corporate office spaces for Clients like RBC, Scotia bank and Bell Canada. That deep understanding of "best use" of commercial spaces, led Ken to the world of commercial real estate. His knowledge and experience gave him excellent insight into the potential of commercial properties for his Clients’ real estate investment goals.
As President and Owner, Ken brings over a decade’s worth of real estate expertise to value properties in the GTA and the Golden Horseshoe. During his time with RE/MAX, Ken has earned multiple awards of recognition including: Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame and in 2017 rising to top 5 in Re/max Networkwide for Commercial Real Estate, and earning a Diamond award, Re/max's highest honour.
As Broker of Record, Vivian brings over fourteen years of knowledgeable real estate experience to the team. Ken and Vivian have been working together for over a decade, helping Clients make the most out of their commercial real estate investments.
